I don't think your camera or it's software
has anything to do with this issue. Why?
Because you are not downloading from
the camera.

Restart your computer and try again...

If you have more than one USB port...
try them all...

Maybe the following utility would be useful:

Download the Microsoft
Autoplay Repair Wizard:

If the issue persists...please post as many
details as possible and maybe someone
will offer a solution.
