Sorry, should have been more explicit.
c:/program/file/audacity/plugins should do the trick.
However, if you need to show Audacity where to look do the following (and
this is for the 1.3 Beta version which BTW, is a stable version) :
Edit > Preferences > Audio Files > mp3 Export Library > Find Library > Lame
etc....... will show up if in the plugin folder. If its not in that folder
for some reason, then use the Browse button and point the way - if you put
the Lame decoder in that folder its not necessary.
