A page fault in nonpaged pool is a very serious driver issue.
NDIS.SYS is a display driver. The address lies in nonpaged pool.
You still have malware, but it may be too late to try to save the current
installation.

If the computer belonged to me, I would try reformatting the drive and
reinstalling XP.
