Using Windows XP Pro.

First, I just changed out hard drives, using Western Digital program to
partion and copy all from old drive. Seemed to work okay. But I just noticed
that I can no longer access Restore Point feature. When I click on create a
restore point, I get the following:

An exception occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
system.cpl,,4" (I think these commas are commas and not periods. It's a
little hard to tell from display here.)

Events display also shows Error messages having to do with Event 1000. I
checked at MS, but not much info there regarding Restore Feature.

I've no idea what's gone wrong and would appreciate any assistance.
