Hi,

please check also the following KB articles:

"Error message when you try to access a Windows XP-based network computer:
"You might not have permission to use this network resource"

"Error message when you try to access a network share on a Windows XP-based
computer: "Workgroup is not accessible"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/915107

You can try also pinging the server or the clinets using the Ip address to
see if there is any response at all.
