It is not a question of the ribbon being minimized. Once I switch back to
the virtual desktop with Excel, there are no toolbars. There is nothing to
the right of the Microsoft Office button. There is NO Microsoft Office
Button! There are no menus. There is nothing but 3 buttons on the left of the
window that allow me to minimize, restore, and close the window.
