I gave you links to instructions and removal steps. You cannot remove it
because you haven't cleaned your computer. Either go to the website and go
through the removal steps, or get guided help as previously detailed, or
take the machine to a local computer professional. There is no magic button
for you to press; you have to do the work - or have someone else do it for
you.
