dv.avi = 13gb per hour.
1 hour 40 mins = 22gb
As you only have 31gb free there is no room for the tempoaray files required
to build your movie.
I suspect freeing up at least another 30gb will mean that the dv.avi will
then save.
WMV being much more compressed will fit on such free space as you have.
