In the device manager in other devices multimedia audio controller is
showing yellow question mark and when i click the properties its showing
the below.

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

in event viewer i got this error message

Moreover i wont use internet explorer i use only mozilla firefox.

As i said its an intial boot error i could find that error in event
viewer. can you guess whether it might be an BIOS problem?

whether Hijackthis will be useful to solve this problem?
