Well that was a stupid answer. There may be more knowledgeable people than
you using this site and may know of an answer. So I suggest do not answer
questions just for the sake of it.
I understand it is not a XP problem but there is the chance someone has an
idea where I start looking to be able to fix the problem.
I do have some understanding of the repair of computers
I have already tried Fuitsu Siemens and they want me to send the computer
to them and there is a charge even if they cannot repair it. Which at this
stage I am not prepared to do.
