You can rotate the clips using the Rotate
180 Video Effect. Just drag/drop it on the
upside down clips.
That may be an indication that the clips
are not fully compatible with Movie Maker.

It's also possible that you need to update
your Video Driver. Try reducing your Graphics
Hardware Acceleration as per the instructions

If it improves the issue, you need to search the
support website of your Video adapter's mfg. for
an updated video driver.
