Where was it before it disappeared? It's usually in Start > Programs >
Accessories.

Start > Run > type: wordpad > Enter

If that brings it up, then you'll just need to create a shortcut to
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe wherever you want it.

If not, you might need to add it back in through Control Panel, "Add or
Remove Programs", "Add/Remove Windows Components".
