Thanks for your explanation. I think that I understand your setup and
can help you get everything to work:
1. The Alltel USB wireless modem gets its DHCP setup from your
wireless Internet provider.
2. You're using ICS to share the Alltel's Internet connection with the
other devices on your network. The ICS computer is the gateway to the
Internet, through its LAN IP address of 192.168.0.1.
3. You're using your wireless router as a network switch and wireless
access point. There's nothing connected to its WAN port, and you're
not using its routing capabilities.
In that case, you must disable the router's DHCP server, so that the
ICS computer, through its LAN connection, acts as the DHCP server for
your network.
