You haven't exactly proved that you don't have them...
If you had gpedit.msc you could use the Internet Explorer Maintenance
Group Policy settings. Unfortunately, I think XP Home users don't have
that tool. I guess they have to use RegEdit perhaps guided by RegMon? ; }
