I'll assume this is a local printer using a Standard TCP/IP Port
Printer Properties, Security
Delete the Everyone group. Leave Machine\administrators and Machine\Power
Users
log in as the user
Open the printers folder, it's "gone"!! Well it's actually still there but
it is just not displayed to the user.
