What size is your hard drive?

Do you have a Memory Card Reader? If you
do...try using it instead of connecting the camera.

When your camera is connected and turned
on...have you tried going to My Computer and
left clicking the icon for your camera. Maybe
you could just drag/drop the file to your desktop.
