Thanks for the Hotkey work-around. This is a good temporary fix. Not sure I
can convince my colleagues this is ideal though. Is it out of the question
for Microsoft to fix their product, after all it's embarrassing that their
power tool doesn't work properly with their own software!

I've noticed this menu problem also occurs in Microsoft Access.
