Why in the world would you think that?
You installed a program and the system went crazy, you ask for help but left
out the most important part and expect to get help. This is not how you seek
help for a problem Phuile.

I think you need to contact them about your problem..
Call 888-522-2722 or perhaps their Support Forums...

Now after trying to help you I find just now you have already posted the
