Problemer med opdatering af vista

Hej jeg har et problen med opdatering af vista fÃ¥r fejl kode 80070002

Har prÃ¸vet flere gange at fÃ¸lge vejledning fra windows om at slette lok
filer men uden hjÃ¦lp.

Kan nogen hjÃ¦lpe mig jeg er ikke sÃ¥ god til engelsk.
