ayuda me sale un mensaje cada vez q incio un aplicacion

cada vez q me inicio una aplicaciÃ³n me sale este mensaje "the setup
controller has encountered a problem during install. please review the log
files for furteher information on the error" y se demora mucho en cerrar,
ayudeneme pleaseÂ¡Â¡Â¡Â¡
