Update failure

It's been more than a week now that my PC is trying to install the same three
updates:
Mise Ã* jour de sÃ©curitÃ© pour Office XP (KB944423)
Mise Ã* jour de sÃ©curitÃ© pour Microsoft Office Publisher 2002 (KB946216)
Mise Ã* jour de sÃ©curitÃ© pour Word 2002 (KB943957)

and each time it gives the failure to install message
Does someone know how to correct this ?
