Windows XP Safe mode "Owner"

Hi,

When I go to safe mode, the part of screen showing "Owner"
I have noticed a message saying underneath
"1 unread message".
Last time I used Safe mode was aboout 4 months ago and
I did not see this message there.
How do I see this "unread message" ? and
Why is it there?
I started Windows XP in normal operation and went to see
"User Administrator" in Control panel. I did not see anything there.
I appreciate if someone could help me.

This issue had resolved on it's own for unknown reason.
Noticed that the email message no longer there. Thank you.
