task manager

some how as adminster on my computer I have shut off task manager, how can I
get back that function ie what do I need to do and how do i do it..txh

its a adware problem ,so run adware remover or go to gpedit
Group policies
user configuration
Administrative Templates
system
ctrl+alt+del options
Remove Task Manager
disable or not config this option so that will get back.
