Windows XP Pro 64 bit Version

I am looking at a Dell workstation that has Windows XP Pro installed. The
computer has a 64 bit Processor installed. Does that mean that Windows XP Pro
is necessarily a 64 bit version? The specs do not say that it's 64 bit. I'm a
little confused on this issue. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
