odbc data source missing after join the pc to the new domain

All the ODBC data source user dsn all missing after join the pc to the new
domain.

When try to install again the sql anywhere driver, it said sql allocEnv
CANNOT FIND THE LANGUAGE dll (WL50.DLL)

How to maintain the odbc setting when join the pc to new domain ?

Please help
