ctfmon.exe and language bar
1. Dialog screen displayed(constantly):
16 bit MS-DOS subsystem: ctfmon.exe
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
2. Language bar diappeared and could not be set up again since this message
appeared.
3. Installed and functioning Norton 360 program would not load.
My computer has a Microsoft Windows XP, service Pack 2.
How to "repair" this.
