generic host error system 32

hi friends
my pc is connected to internet through broadband
now adays i am facing this problem that while im surfing net system
shows a generic host error system 32 and it asks this to report to
microsoft and there after internet gets disconnectd
i can thereafter get connected only if i reboot.
CAN SOME BODY HELP PLEASE...
this is such a irritating problem
