had problem on desktop

hi

i have a problem i really don't have any idea why. but any way

my pc don't have any start bar or shortcuts on the desktops. it only have my
wallpaper thats all on it. but its still work alright if i press
(ctrl+alt+delete) and than click on new task and browsing what program i
want to start. it so annoying. i cant do any thing eazyer. i cant even right
click on desktop




please help me
