rundll error message

hi, im using windows XP and everytime i open my computer i kept on getting
this error message:
Error in c:\windows\system32{0997e332-01e5-2047-60a9-f03c261b1acf}.dll
Missing entryllInit

Also, im getting this error message when turning off my computer:
The application failed to initialize because windows is shutting down

Please help......

You can go to registry editor and delete the entry, it is just a startup
entry might have caused due to any spyware.

Start->Run->Regedit
Go to the location
HKEY Local Machine->Software->Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->RUn
On the right hand side look for the file entry which you were getting in the
error and then delete it.

Then reboot you computer and check the status. if your problem is solved
please mark it out here...

up apps:

On the registry Editor locate these Keys:

in the right Pane/windows locate this
