Error Code:0x643 for "Security Update for Flash Player(KB923789)

I continually receive a notice for the above named update, but when I try to
install it, I always receive the error code. It's happened over a dozen
times. What can I do to have a successful installation?

I run Widows XP Media Edition with Service Pack 3
