I need Help

Good Afternoon all
I am facing a problem in my computer ... windows xp, in my drive D
all my Files are access denied not with my account nor with the Administrator
.... and when I ever try to take the shear off it come back again to shear the
D. I don't really know how to take this thing off.
Please help me on figuring this out... Cause I need my files really.
