Startup window

When I was first setting up my system, Windows XP Pro asked me to enter the
user names that would be using the computer. After that when I rebooted,
Icons with user names would appear at startup. How do I get back to that?

If you're looking to have the Welcome screen appear at startup where you can
select which user logs on, do the following.

Go to Start and click on Run.
Note: You can also hit the Windows + R keys at the same time to launch the Run
box.
Enter the following command next to Open in the Run box.

control userpasswords2

This should launch the alternate User Accounts dialog.
Place a check mark in the box next to "Users must enter a user name and password
to use this computer".
Click OK.
