I checked four Windows XP installations. Three of them don't have those fonts
installed. One system does, and it also has Office 2007. That fact along with
the info in this Microsoft article lead me to believe that those fonts were
installed as part of Microsoft Office 2007.

If you have Word 2007 installed on your computer, click on the Office button and
hit the Word Options button. In Word Options, click on Resources and run
Microsoft Office Diagnostics.

If that doesn't restore the fonts you might want to reinstall Office.
