Windows XP SP3 on CD?

I was wondering if microsoft is offering sp3 in cd .. I was sent free of
charge sp2.. and like when I have to format I can install from the cd.. Hugs

I believe I saw it offered when I went to Windows Update.

I don't know what an ISO image is.

The file is on the Microsoft website. When downloaded it creates a folder
with this file within,

X86-en-windowsxp-kb936929-sp3-x86-enu_c81472f7eeea2eca421e116cd4c03e2300ebfde4.exe
324 mb in size.
