Loading PBR for descriptor 2

Recently started receiving this message at boot up. I understand it is
problem finding one of the partions on the computer during bootup
I ran chkdsk and it didn't seem to correct the problem. Any solutions or
answers?

Download the hard disk drive manufacturer's diagnostics utility and run it
against the hard disk drive in question.
