Control Panel - Install/Uninstall
Hopefully someone has a solution to my problem.
I have a accounting software on my computer that is not listed in <Control
Panel - Install/Uninstall>.
When I tried to run a new update, the update program informed me that I do
not have the accounting software installed.
I renamed the folder the software is in and then tried to reinstall the
whole program, but an error message told me that it can't install as it
already exist on the computer.
This is beyond my limited computer skill. Would someone more computer savvy
know how to overcome this problem?

Thanking you in advance,

John

And the tech support for the "accounting software" said...? That really is
your best source of information for this issue.

Re: Control Panel - Install/Uninstall
If Tech Support (which is your best option as posted by Malke) does not or
is unwilling to solve your problem then look in each folder associated with
the accounting software for a file named uninstall.exe or unwise.exe and if
you find it then double click on this file to uninstall the application.

Note: Don't forget to rename the folder back to it's original name before
you do this.
