Hang up on staart up

According to my error log in help and support 'K service' and 'Bonjour
Service' are regularly hanging on start up. I havnt been able to identify
what these do, etc, and how to rectify if necessary any info would be
appreciated

K service is to do with BBC Iplayer , Bonjour is to do with Safari
browser .
