"Windows - No Disk" Alert

Asking for help in both the spreadsheet and Windows XP areas.

While in Lotus 1-2-3 I get the following alert.

Windows - No Disk <=== on the title bar
message reads

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c, 75b6bf7c,
75b6bf7c,


Anybody know how to prevent this from happening? Or, a fix, if something is
broken?
I've tried a couple of suggestions from a google search but failed to fix.
