Question about Windows Updates
I checked in Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, and I have Service Pack 3,
but I do not see Service Pack 2 or 1.

Do I need to install the latter 2 Service Packs from the following link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322389/

I have Win XP Media Center Edition, and I have IE 6 and OE 6. Thanks in
advance,

sheana

You do NOT need SP1 or SP1a or SP2, as they are all rolled up into SP3.
And SP3 is the latest Service Pack, there are no others.

SP3 contains everything that SP1a and SP2 did - cumulative. So if you have
SP3 - you have SP1a & SP2 because they are part of SP3.

Re: Question about Windows Updates
Once Windows Updates installs Service Pack 3, you will no longer see Service
Pack 2 listed in Add/Remove programs list. Even if you were to uninstall
Service Pack 3, SP2 will not appear in the Add/Remove list.

There is no need to install any earlier service pack (1 or 2).

Nothing?

I answered it, right?

OH! You mean my signature. My signature does not change for you or anyone
else. It's just a signature. I could have chosen anything to put after my
name - I chose that quote many years ago.

See - here it is again.
