Access to help and suppoort files in xp pro

Hi,

I can't access the help and support feature in windows xp. When I click
click Start --> Help and Support I get an error message telling me that
"Microsoft Help and Support Center has encountered a problem and needs to
close"

Can any kind person help me fix this?
