Hi Gareth,

I have installed it several times, working with Acronis Partition Images
and it installed fine. I would suggest you restore a partition image and
redownload Service Pack 3.

Or, try booting into Safe Mode and see if you can use Add or Remove
Programs to remove Service Pack 3 in Safe Mode.
