Startup Error

I own 2 computers on is my personal and other one is the guests.I wanted to
play a networking game with my frens so I upgraded my guest comp with a 256
mb ram and a 128 mb ATI RAdeon 9200 SE (AGP) Graphic card on a Gigabyte
8VM533M-RZ(-C) motherboard with an intel celeron processor and also an
additional lan card since the lan port attached on the motherboard is not
working.The problem is when I bott the computer n by the way i have a windows
Xp Prof installed onthe hard drive which is a seagate 40 gb hardrive so when
i boot the computer,on the first screen the folliwing appears and after dat
the whole thing hangs even the keyboard also and the screen does'nt continue:

This post is way too confusing! There is no puctuation used!

Please repost in a clearer post.

You are trying to boot an older Windows XP installed boot hard drive
on a new motherboard? You need to re-install XP in order to get the
Product Activation system reset correctly.

I'm sry couldnt make da question clear let me explain it in a simplier form.I
own two computers but one of dem does not boot everything gets hanged from da
keyboard 2 da mouse and everything.So i want help tats it.HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
