offline Files Icon Missing

Hello,

i have lost the Offline files icon (Icon with the two blue arrows) in the
explorer when i make files or folders available offline, so i don't know with
files are made available offline.

How can I restore the Offline Icon View??

regsvr32.exe cscui.dll

I made it, but it did not help. Do i need a restart?
