New Computer - Microsoft Access Reports Now Print Out as Garbage
I have an Access application that I have deployed at a number of sites and it
has worked. I have a client that replaced his computer with a Dell system
running Windows XP SP2. I believe the old system also ran XP.

Now when he attempts to print a reports, the printer prints out nonsense
characters. The report appears normal in print preview.

I have copied a new version of the db frontend over the existing one
thinking maybe something was corrupted, but, it didn't make any difference.

Any ideas?

Re: New Computer - Microsoft Access Reports Now Print Out as Garbage
I doubt its anything to do with WinXp sp2, and your app, since it has been
out for some time and I assume some of your other users have it.
More likely something to do with his printer / driver or some conflict with
an app that the Dell has running.
Tell the client to boot into safe mode & test your app
I also assume you didnt hard code the report print command to something
specific
