Standby seems to change registry settings on wake
If I restart, eveything is fine, but if I hit STANDBY, and return, AutoCAD
freeezes when I use the Intellipan feature of the Intellimouse Optical
Mouse. I have an identical setup on another computer and it's OK there.
Same mouse driver and OS. I removed the Mouse driver and reinstalled it.
Doing that had no effect.

Re: Standby seems to change registry settings on wake
The problem also affects ALL autoscroll functions in programs including
Internet Explorer. So, Standby is sabatoging my running programs if I
autoscroll after wake.
