dc/dvd drive

My CD/DVD drive will not recongnize DVDs anymore. I can put in a data cd and
it will open, but when I put in a DVD it will not even recongnize it. When a
dVD is in, and I open the drive, it shows nothing there... HELP

Lisa, try a Dvd Lense Cleaner. If your drive has any age on it then the
Dvd part of it may be flaky though the CD part is still working.
