If that doesn’t work, you could just type the filename into Google and get a
copy from a DLL repository. It took me eight seconds to get one. Just be sure
that it is not one of those sites that charges money for the file, and that it
is not infected; there’s a few trustworthy ones.
As a last resort, you could Google for “libexpatw.dll intitle:index.of”. That
will guarantee you finding a copy of the file, although its version may not
match your intallation.
Jaelani’s suggestion of extracting the file from the installer is ideal. If you
can’t do that (I don’t know what kind of installer it uses), then you could try
just reinstalling over your existing install.
