Re: Customizing Start Menu
I have the same problem of not being able to Unpin items in my Start menu on
XP Home. I have downloaded your suggestion but it did not help. Do you have
any other suggestionsplease?

Re: Customizing Start Menu
Check this

Right click the Start button
Select Properties
Select the Start Menu tab
Click the Customize button
Select the Advanced tab
Scroll to "Enable dragging and dropping" and check it
OK, OK
