Change explorer font and size

Hi
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to alter the font and size in Explorer
and if so how to do it.

I want to change the font in the folders.

It talks about changing the system font here..is that want you want?
It doesn't mention font size though..

Right-click the desktop => Properties => Appearance => Advanced
Scroll down to 'Icon' and change the font size. Takes effect
immediately.

When you say Explorer do you mean 'Internet' Explorer or 'Windows'
Explorer?
