Can't set Slide Show in XP

Under the Screen Saver tab the Blank setting is gray. I can't select another
screen saver from the drop down menu.

Can someone please tell me how i can do customize my screen saver preferences?

Is this for your computer at home or at work? If your home computer, was
it previously used at someone's workplace?

IT departments frequently disable the ability to change screensavers.

it is a new computer at for use at home

Your security software may be preventing you from changing screensavers.
